YYC Tech Gives' member, Arcurve Inc, is pleased to team up with the Calgary FoodBank to help support their milk programs! Every year, Arcurve includes a fundraising component to their Friends and Family BBQ. This year, the MooJuice Van will be onsite taking donations!
The FoodBank supports over 15 agencies that help provide milk to children and pregnant/nursing moms in need. In addition, they take referrals to support individual children in their homes with milk delivery.
Arcurve has learned that it takes about 405 2liter containers of milk to fill the van and we want to fill it as many times as we possibly can! As we look to have a great time in the country with our clients, friends and family, we hope people will be able to make a small (or large) donation if they can!
We would also like to call on all YYC Tech Gives Members - if you would like to sponsor the MooJuice Van for a Milk Run too - $1300 fills it up! Maybe you can team up with a group to try and provide 405 2litre containers of milk?! We would love to hear from you!
